Hearing how other members successfully overcame their fanxiety, Depression, PTSD or how they confronted a family member over drug abuse can be very encouraging. “Patients often push themselves harder when they see what others are doing,” Johnson says.
Some people believe that, because group therapy costs less, it’s not as good, but on the contrary, "Group therapy can be incredibly powerful.”
Are people who want to attend group calls to share their experiences and learn from the experiences of others. It’s one of the best ways to exchange much required information without divulging your identity to the world.
We know life can be hard at times. But sometimes, all we want is to talk to someone who understands us.
